Return Policy

We adhere to a strict policy of no returns or exchanges at Reptilia. Reptilia reserves the right to accept or reject replacement requests.

However, we do consider accepting replacement requests under the following circumstances:

(1) Major alterations in the garment.

(2) Stains or marks on the garment prior to wearing it; please provide pictures to our official email within 48 hours of receiving the garment.

(3) Colour bleeding issue. Please note that if the correct wash-care instructions are not followed, the return request will not be considered.

NOTE - Reptilia reserves the right to accept or deny replacements for items sent back to our warehouse without prior approval.

While we strive for utmost accuracy, please be aware that the final colour of the garment may vary slightly from the image depicted and distributed. Reptilia does not assume responsibility for such discrepancies.

For DOMESTIC Alterations, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@salilbhatia.com, within 2 days of receiving the order. Please mention the item you wish to send back for alterations, along with your name, phone number and order number, and pictures/videos stating the alterations.

  2. Once you hear from the team, please pack your return securely in the original package, ensuring that the original tags remain intact.

  3. Courier the parcel back to us for alterations. Please note that Reptilia by Salil Bhatia will not cover the shipping charges for returns. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  4. Once received, the customer care team at Reptilia would inspect the product and will come up with a resolution.

*Please note that we do not accept exchanges on jewellery, once it has been dispatched, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

*Replacements are not permitted on discounted merchandise.

*For INTERNATIONAL Shipments, we do not offer alterations on orders shipped internationally. However, be assured of ample margins inside each garment, to be altered locally. However, if you receive any merchandise in a damaged or defective condition, please write to us at sales@salilbhatia.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
